Ricky Moore Bio

Ricky Moore is originally from England, UK. His list of accomplishments dates back to the tender age of sixteen, when he made the brave decision to join the British Air Force; and was accepted as a Junior Cadet.  This paved the way for his many future successes. His great service led to his transfer to the Joint Forces Head Quarters in Germany. Ricky served his country proudly for seven years before being honorably discharged.

Ricky’s first encounter with fitness began in school and continued in the Air Force where he reigned as the 100m Champion until a knee injury slowed him down and later introduced him to the world of Body Building.  He began in England, competing in local competitions, then West Britain, and became a Junior National Qualifier in both the European (NAABA) and the American (NPC) Championships.

Next he made his way to America where he worked as a Field Engineer, Bio-Medical Engineer, and Radiological Engineer.  Not only did he protect and provide for his family, but also kept them on rigid workout and dietary plans as well.  It soon became evident that Ricky had a passion for health and wellness, so after a sprout of lay-offs, he was encouraged to purse his passion for Fitness.

People both young and old radiate and respond to his warm, outgoing personality because they can see how much he loves what he’s doing.  Ricky practices what he preaches which makes it easier for his clients to accept his slogan, “Hate Me Know, Love Me Later!!”  and his words of encouragement, “Come On Now, Don’t Quit ON Me Now!!” His goal with each and every group session, one on one session in the client’s home or in the gym, is to change each person’s lifestyle to promote over-all growth both inwardly and outwardly.

American Fitness Center embodies Ricky’s commitment to achieving excellence and his belief that hard work and perseverance will always guarantee your great results.
